My friends brought me Japanese beer the other day for dinner. It was SAPPORO. I haven’t had Japanese beer for a long time, more than for one and half years.
Just one sip reminded me of how much I love it…! Japanese beer is generally lighter than beer popular around here, such as Guinness or Samuel Edams. The taste is light, but not like Budweiser. Japanese beer is light but it surely has taste.
I have rarely had alcohol since I came to America as I don’t work right now. For me, alcohol is something that should be enjoyed after work. I’m thinking… after I start my job in the fall, one Friday night, I may stop by somewhere, maybe at a Japanese style bar, where I will sip cold draft beer alone… maybe.
